A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. During the day, this is a place to relax and work.
All four apartments have this arrangement of a double bed and a sofa bed. Furnishings and other amenities vary. The detailed photos below show Apartment 2.

With a cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kitchen utensils. There is also a dining area for breakfast and evening meals.

A double bed in the separate bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Apartment 2 has a bathroom with a bath and shower. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the shared laundry room.

Wi-Fi and a workspace also make Apartment 2 an option for work-related stays. At the end of the day, your workspace becomes part of your home again.

- Apartments 1 and 2 are reached via 5 steps; Apartments 3 and 4 via 20 steps.
- The laundry room and garden are shared.
- Smoking and vaping are permitted only on the balcony and in the garden.
- There is no regular cleaning service during the tenancy.
- Furnishings and amenities vary between apartments.
