Here are the basics for planning your tenancy in Apartment 2. We clarify your preferred dates, utilities and other details in an individual offer.
| Monthly rent | €1,500 plus utilities. |

| Utilities | The exact amount is included in your individual offer. This website does not promise a fixed all-inclusive price. |
| Minimum rental period | 92 days. We agree the exact rental period with you. |
| Security deposit | Any security deposit and its amount are set out in the individual offer and tenancy agreement. |
| Address registration | The apartments are let only to people registering their address in Berlin. |
| Cleaning | No regular cleaning during the tenancy. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. |
| Availability | We will check your preferred dates for Apartment 2. An enquiry is not a reservation or a binding booking. |

Apartment 2 has a double bed in the separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is intended for up to four people; we will discuss a suitable occupancy arrangement with you.
The agreement & living together
The tenancy agreement
makes it binding.
The specific terms covering the rental period, payments, deposit, utilities, handover and the end of the tenancy are recorded in the written tenancy agreement.
During your stay, you are responsible for regular cleaning. Smoking and vaping are permitted only on the balcony or in the garden. Pets may be allowed by prior arrangement.
