Our four apartments are furnished and intended for longer stays. Each has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Wi-Fi, a workspace and the shared laundry room help make daily life easier.
New enquiries focus on Apartment 2. We will discuss your preferred dates directly with you.
Rentals are offered only to tenants registering their address in Berlin. Please include your preferred rental dates with your enquiry.

Please include your move-in date, expected move-out date, number of occupants and the reason for your stay. The minimum rental period is 92 days.
Clarify the offer together
We check your dates for Apartment 2 and discuss utilities, any deposit and your questions about address registration.
Arrange the tenancy & arrival
Rentals are agreed in a written tenancy agreement. The handover and move-in are then arranged individually.

Our offer is intended for longer-term living with address registration. We do not offer holiday accommodation for individual nights or short weekend stays.
